Comfort Tasting

If you are planning a one-night escape from daily routines, this is the experience made for you. We will welcome you with a deep immersion among our vineyards and you will discover our wine rooms and our production philosophy; a tasting of some of our best wines will accompany you to a resting night among the bedsheets that smell of clean laundry. The following morning you will be awakened by Paola’s bucolic breakfast which you will recall forever. And if you wish to stay for dinner in a restaurant in Loreto Aprutino, you will not know how to make a choice for the richness of the area; but we will help you make one!

Stratasting Deluxe

If you need one of those special magical nights where you get back in contact with ancient tastes and distant times, the Stratasting Deluxe is the experience made for you. A walk among our vineyards and olive trees will welcome you at your arrival. And by exploring our cellar with cement tanks, terracotta amphoras and wood barrels you will understand our production philosophy. The tasting of 4 among our best labels will be served with typical food of our tradition, prepared at the moment right for you.
To follow you will rest in a deluxe room among the bedsheets that smell of clean laundry. The following morning you will be awakened by Paola’s bucolic breakfast which you will recall forever.

If you are looking for a quiet place where to restore diving into a tub full of bubbles, warming up your body in a Swedish sauna with your gaze lost among the Loreto Aprutino hills and enjoying one of those magical nights tasting flavours you thought you had lost, the Stratasting Wellness is made of you.
A big bathtub full of perfumed bubbles will welcome you at your arrival. The sauna will be hot and ready to restore you. To follow a tasting of some of our best labels served with typical food of our tradition, prepared at the moment right for you. The next morning you will be awakened by Paola’s bucolic breakfast which you will recall forever.

The importance

of hospitality

“La Masseria del Vino” is an ancient farmhouse built back in the 19th century; it has been wisely restored and today it is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees belonging to the Azienda Agricola Ciavolich. It lies upon the green hills of the Abruzzo backcountry and in between the Adriatic Sea on the east and the Apennines mountain chain, with its highest peak called Grand Sasso d’Italia, on the west: a majestic landscape!
Rustic but refined rooms recall a lost ancient life style where time has stopped to gift us a genuine freedom and love for tradition.

Rooms

The facility has available 6 deluxe rooms obtained from the rural spaces of the farm by an attentive restoration made to give value to the ancient materials like wood, stone and brick. Rooms are decorated with a combination of old furniture and modern services which guarantee relax, fascination and curiosity to the guests.

Bucolic breakfast

The bucolic breakfast is by tradition one of the most important meal of the day; it provides genuine, fresh and healthy local products. From sweet to savoury, a full range of homemade delicious food. Breakfast is served inside the Masseria or, during warm and sunny days, on the panoramic terrace.

Seasonal areas

During summertime you can access to a secret garden with Jacuzzis surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. During wintertime big fireplaces warm up the halls where the guests can relax while sipping a glass of wine by Ciavolich.
