Selected grapes of Montepulciano from the youngest vines of Loreto Aprutino give birth to this Rosato that combines tradition and innovation. After the hand picking harvest the grapes are crushed, destemmed and softly pressed separating immediately must from skins. The vinification continues inside stainless steel vats under controlled temperature in which, at the end of the fermentation, a period of three months elevation will follow.
