Estate
Since 1853  our family  cultivates fine wine grapes from vineyards located in Abruzzo: South Central Italy. The estate consists of 44 hectares stretched out between the territory of Chieti and Pescara.
The vineyeards, located at an altitude varying between 80 – 300 meters above sea level, are exposed to the north and to the south depending on the various cultivation needs. The most common method of cultivation is the pergola, for particular varieties the "gujot" procedure is used. The number of vines ranges from 2.500 to 3.500 per hectare with a distance of 2,5 meters between the rows.
The average age of a vine is 25 years.
